The space We are an oasis in the middle of the Riviera Maya. On one side of the community is the Sirenis Resort and on our side is the residential section. As well as being only a short walk to our local beach, a cafe and convenience store. With all the benefits of a gated community. Including paved streets that run right to the beach. And nicely landscaped public areas. But none of the noisy shows or organized "fun" that goes with big resorts. Yet, if you want an entertaining day or night at the resort you can. Guests can get reduced resort passes. The resort only a 15-minute walk away.   We are 10-15 minutes north of Tulum and 15 minutes south of Playa Del Carmen. Next to the quaint little beach town of Akumal.   Our local beach, Playa Xaac, is only 400 m away. And within a few short minutes are the best powder white sand beaches in the Riviera Maya. As well, nearby are many cenotes and Mayan Ruins for you to explore. Cycle to the Oxxo convenience store a couple of mins away to pick up a few supplies • Or take a stroll to Eco Sirenis 150 m away. This is the garden/nursery where all the plants are grown for the Sirenis Community. It features a self-guided walk through the garden where it highlights indigenous plant species. As well there is a self interpretive Mayan history tour. • BBQ under our pool side palapa and grill up a feast • And you can explore the numerous spectacular beaches, cenotes, Mayan Ruins, and adventure parks all only a short drive away.
