A large master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, a smaller double bedroom with private bathroom and two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom in the middle offer sufficient space for a larger family or a group of friends. The living and dining room measures 80 sqm and all windows face Westward. A great fireplace with surrounding sitting area will offer you a cozy place when staying in winter or a cooler evening. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a table where breakfast can be taken - should the weather once not be to your expectation. From both the living room, the kitchen as well as the master bedroom, french sliding doors lead out to the terracotta terrace.
