Welcome to a luxury, upscale, recently renovated estate in Atlanta! It has definitely everything that you will need to have a truly wonderful holiday. The vacation rental estate is unlike any other property found in Atlanta vacation rental or the surrounding area.
The living room and master bedroom both have TV and DVD player. Both have French doors which lead to the deck overlooking the pool. The master bedroom has a very large walk in wardrobe as well as double sinks in the large bathroom with garden tub and different shower. One of the other bedrooms has twin beds, the other a queen.
Chattahooche River estate also includes a kitchen fit for a chef. The kitchen also comes nicely equipped with a full of refrigerator, stove, microwave, garbage disposal.
There is an extra-large beautiful pool, with plenty of lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas. There are some great restaurants within walking distance.

We love water settings and acreage. We live on 9 acres about 10 minutes away from the river estate. We wanted a nice place to retire to without leaving the area since we have lived here for 35 years. When the river estate came on the market we jumped on it. This past year we have completely renovated the entire house. We are comfortable where we live and are not ready to retire just yet to the river estate so we are offering for vacation rental.
