The two new kitchens, one on each level, are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, cookware, serving platters, blenders, coffee makers, knife sets, microwave ovens, and toasters...everything you need to serve formal dinners to large groups of people.
House has 3 large dining tables...2 on the upper level (seats 14 to 16, and one on the lower level that seats 8 people.
Off-street parking in driveway for 7 vehicles in front of house and more parking space along street. Empty lot across street where you can parallel park 2 cars displaying South Bethany parking permits.
