The first floor features ceramic tile flooring, a gear storage area, a foosball table, and a comfy couch for relaxing after a fun day on the mountain. Ascending the staircase to the main floor reveals a gourmet kitchen with new appliances, including a dishwasher, plenty of counter space with granite counter tops, and a prep island work station. The open dining/living areas are adjacent, and feature a dining table with bench seating, a sectional sofa, a built-in gas fireplace to cozy up to, and a covered walk-out balcony with a territorial view...perfect for relaxing with your favorite beverage. There's also one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a newly remodeled 3/4-bath, a laundry cubby with a full sized washer/dryer, and a side entrance that accesses a large platform deck with a gas grill, a large picnic table, and a covered outdoor HOT TUB! Ascending the staircase from the main floor to the top floor reveals a small landing, a sitting area/study, a third bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a master bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and 1-full bath. This wifi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!)
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: It should be noted that, while this property is not pet-friendly for Guests, the property owners do have pets. Persons who are particularly susceptible to pet allergens should take this under advisement and reserve accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: WIFI service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guests use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging (reservations@mtbakerlodging.com), a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions.
Deposit: An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date. Cancellation: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount, unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply. All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.
