As you enter the front door from the covered front porch equipped with a gas grill, you'll discover an open and airy floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area that features a freestanding gas fireplace, a large monitor with Blu-Ray entertainment, a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, a laundry cubby with a washer and dryer, plus a breakfast bar and a family dining table. From the hallway, you'll discover one full bathroom, one bedroom featuring 2-queen sized beds, another bedroom featuring an additional 2-queen sized beds, and a master bedroom featuring 1-king sized bed, plus another full bathroom en-suite. Just outside the back door you'll discover a brand new covered HOT TUB! This pet-friendly, Wi-Fi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 10-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging (reservations@mtbakerlodging.com), a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions. Deposit: An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date. Cancellation: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount, unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply. All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.
