The 1st floor features a mud/entry room, a 3/4-bath, an open kitchen/dining/living area with a dishwasher, a freestanding wood stove, (firewood provided) a full size hide-a-bed, and a separate sitting area with fabulous views. The 1st floor also includes one bedroom with 1-king sized bed and its own en suite 3/4-bath, plus a separate laundry area with a full size washer/dryer. The 2nd floor features a loft area with 1-queen sized bed, a 3/4-bath, and a master bedroom with 1-king sized bed and a walk-out balcony. Just outside the back door is a covered deck with a gas grill and a private outdoor HOT TUB! This delightful pet-friendly, wifi equipped, and monitored family vacation home also includes an electric car charger - 240V NEMA 14-50 outlet (Tesla Model 3, etc.) and will sleep 6 to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Now with air conditioning.
PLEASE NOTE: Although a perimeter fenced is provided, the high bank riverfront location may not be suitable for small children.
PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging (reservations@mtbakerlodging.com), a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions.
Deposit: An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date. Cancellation: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount, unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply. All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.
