This newly remodeled, ground-floor ensuite is a perfect getaway for two. Entering through the double doors, you'll find an American Leather sleeper sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with Starlink, and a beautiful built-in gas fireplace. Walking into the kitchen area, you'll find a cute dining table and all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, including a stove top (No oven) an apartment-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There is one full bath and a stackable washer/dryer. Just outside, there is a gas BBQ and chairs for you to sit and drink your favorite beverage. Also, a parking spot just for you! This vacation property will comfortably sleep up to 2-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Note: The owners of this family vacation property occupy the main and top floors of their residence from time to time and may or may not be present during your stay. The en-suite features separate entrances aside from the main house area.
Please Note: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, WIFI service can be affected by atmospheric conditions. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging (reservations@mtbakerlodging.com), a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions. Deposit: An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date. Cancellation: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount, unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply. All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.
