Mt. Baker Rim Cabin #17 - A Rustic Family Cabin with Modern Features!This 2-story, 2+ bedroom, 1 ¾-bath 1500 sq ft rustic family cabin features lots of country charm with modern conveniences! Entering through the side entrance brings you into an open and airy living/dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, a futon for sitting, a flat screen monitor with wi-fi, a separate kitchen with all new appliances including a dishwasher, one bedroom with 1-queen size bed, and one full bath. Ascending the second floor you’ll discover an open loft sleeping area with 2-twin size log beds, a partitioned ¾-bath, and one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, plus a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Just outside the main floor is a covered country style porch—perfect for sipping your favorite afternoon beverage, and a gas grill. This pet-friendly and monitored family vacation property says “cabins-in-the-mountains” and sleeps 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging (reservations@mtbakerlodging.com), a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions.
Deposit: An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date. Cancellation: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount, unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply. All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.
