The main floor features a full kitchen, 1-full bath, an open living/dining area, a gas insert fireplace, and one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, one bedroom with 1-full sized bed plus 1-set of standard sized bunk beds, and a 3/4-bath. A daylight basement features a foosball table, and a wonderful deck with a private HOT TUB and a gas grill providing spectacular mountain views! This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!)
PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.
PLEASE NOTE: While this property is not pet-friendly for guests, the property owners do have pets. Persons who are particularly susceptible to pet allergens should take this into consideration and reserve accordingly.

Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging (reservations@mtbakerlodging.com), a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions. Deposit: An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date. Cancellation: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount, unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply. All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.
