Welcome to the Family Dream Lodge - An Ultra Custom Family Vacation Home! This ultra custom 2-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath, architect designed family vacation home was built for entertaining! The main floor features a large open kitchen/dining/living area with a wrap around breakfast bar plus large dining table, a very comfortable living area with a gas fireplace to cozy up to, a DVD/VHS/Monitor, a card/bumper pool table, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and a separate study/quiet room. In addition, the main floor includes the master bedroom with 1-king sized bed, plus a full bath en-suite. There is also a separate sauna room, and another 3/4 bath. Stepping down into the first floor you'll discover one bedroom with 2-full sized beds, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed plus 1-set of bunk beds with a full sized bottom bunk, a family room with a sitting area plus a DVD/VHS/Monitor, and a shuffle board table, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, and one full bath. Just outside the main floor is a privacy deck with a hot tub and a gas grill. Yes indeed folks...this one truly has it all! This pet-friendly and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 11-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging (reservations@mtbakerlodging.com), a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions.
Deposit: An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date. Cancellation: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount, unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply. All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.
