This unique property is next door to the Pedregal (Cabo’s Malibu) but lacks the gouged pricing and is walkable to everywhere. Staying in the Pedregal needs either a mountain goat to access or a daily 50 dollar taxi bill. (see map). You are a short 4 to 6 blocks from the entire marina area. Past shops, restaurants, bars, and churches enabling you to plan your evenings/days while on your walk. Staying at this location you maintain comparable views to anywhere in Cabo San Lucas. This is by far Cabo’s best value deal. There is an activity binder in your home plus a page by ME showing various great restaurants near by with their fares. There are also 6 really good restaurants and coffee shops and bakery within 1-1 1/2 blocks from the home (seafood Neptunos), smoothies bar, best pizza in Cabo (Amores), Italian, breakfasts, authentic mexican, everything, even a Taco joint) Everything Mexican is at your fingertips, plus your are staying at the very best in Value and simple relaxation in all of the Los Cabos area.
