The Junior Suite Sleeps 4 and has 520 square feet which includes the terrace. There is one bedroom with bath. It is a single story unit with a furnished ocean view terrace and kitchenette. It has two queen size beds with a sitting area or one king size bed by request. The bathroom has a shower. Accommodations include a flat panel HDTV with satellite reception, and WiFi. The kitchenette has a two burner range, microwave, refrigerators and all cooking accessories and utensils are supplied including a coffee pot with filters.

I do not have any set weeks that I am required to use. I will have to call the management company to see if your dates are available. If they are, you will have to pay in full. I can then reserve the unit. I will give you an authorization letter to use the unit after you book the properties. Please let me know if these terms are acceptable. Jr. Suite (AIVH 94514) sleeps 4, 2 Queen,1 bath. 4. Montecristo Villa(AIVH 94515) sleeps 10(3 BR, 3.5 BA), two KS BR, 1 two QU BR, 1 Sofa double 3.5 bath. I also have one property at the Casa Dorada Medano Beach. Executive Suite sleeps 4, 1 KS BR, 1-Sofa double. This property starts on Friday for seven nights.
