You can go to their website and read about everything the they are doing to provide peace of mind while delivering unforgettable experiences. You will enjoy private location, sprawling outdoor common areas, open-air restaurants, and spacious luxury accommodations, each with their own outdoor private terrace and plunge pools. The rate noted is an average rate throughout the year. 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath, Sleeps 8 or 10 with kids 12 years or younger.
There is a lock-off option to make it a smaller unit PLEASE inquire about 1, 2 or 3 bedroom.
OWNER OF RESIDENCE: The Owner and your personal assistant can assist in designing menus and grocery lists to be in your residence prior to arrival. (food not included but personal shopper available to get groceries, charge would be posted to your personal incidental bill and to be paid upon check out) The vacation starts immediately when you arrive. Cold beer, margaritas, fresh-made guacamole, homemade salsa, and authentic tortilla chips can be arranged for your arrival. Happy to help you design your itinerary if needed.
MAJORDOMO (BUTLER) Includes majordomo from 9 am to 4 pm daily to assist with cooking, cleaning, laundry, afternoon snacks, special beverage drinks, etc. The butler really makes it a true vacation for everyone. (Including mom and the person planning the trip for everyone). Everyone gets to relax with a majordomo.

A freshly made margarita with a secret recipe ready with your afternoon snacks. The sliding glass doors go into the walls, make it indoor and outdoor living, great to open up and enjoy the sunset.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT: A personal assistant will contact you two weeks in advance to assist in arranging airport transportation, pre-arrival groceries, spa reservations, dinner reservations, activities, car rentals, golf, fishing, family photographer, special occasion, room amenity, etc.
LUXURY YACHT OPTION: 60' Viking Cruiser, fully maintained, with professional captain and crew expertly knowledgeable in local waters. 4 hour (half day) or 8 hour (full day) charters available.
You can charter during the day with water activities (snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, whale watching, chilling in the sun with music and drinks) or a sunset cruise.
Residences at Pedregal Information: Located on a private beach, you get to the resort by a private tunnel. This tunnel keeps the location exclusive, secluded and easy access to make everything walking distance to town, marina, harbor, and nighttime activities. Easy to walk home after dinner and dancing. You can also walk to take a water taxi at the marina to go to Medano Beach for water activities and other restaurant options, if interested. Location! Location! Location! This is a fantastic 5 star resort. It is walking distance to the marina and town, which we did several times. It’s so nice to be able to walk instead of using a taxi each time. We rented the catamaran and had a gorgeous, memorable sunset cruise. Our talented majordomo greeted us kindly each morning with coffee and a smile. Through the concierge, I ordered groceries and our majordomo made us snacks, breakfast and lunch. We loved the spa experience and also took a yoga class. The restaurants are very special and you should have the concierge book in advance. The two family pools were busy (it was a holiday week) so we enjoyed the adult pool (with drink/food service!). The casita was very large and nicely tucked away so we used the pools often and didn’t feel exposed. The rooms were very large and the AC worked great. I really can’t say enough good things, including how responsive and helpful Theresa was.
The Resort at Pedregal is absolutely stunning and service is impeccable. We will 100% be back! This residence is the perfect balance of having the amenities of a private villa rental along with the vibe and experience of staying in a 5-star hotel.

I cannot recommend this villa or resort enough! I organized a trip for a group of girls through Theresa and she was incredibly helpful through the process. I knew it was going to be nice but I was honestly blown away, and so was my group. The resort is incredible, breathtaking and the staff goes above and beyond for you. The staff would pick us up from the villa in golf carts and bring us to dinner, or to the gates to walk into town. Everything was so easy. The villa was gorgeous, and really blew my expectations away. It was spotless, spacious and perfect for a group. Our majordormo, Sebastian, made our stay that much better - he was so sweet, helpful and made us delicious snacks and breakfast! We also rented a private yacht through Theresa which was wonderful. I seriously cannot recommend this enough, I was so happy with our stay I can't really think of many complaints!!
Our family of four just returned home from Pedregral where we rented a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath beach front unit from Theresa. The unit was two story just in front of the children's pool. The location was centrally located and furnished/stocked perfectly. Jose was an incredible chef and a joy to have around. The resort is beautiful and all of the staff fantastic calling us by name and remembering our personal preferences. Theresa and Rosey were instrumental in helping us plan the trip as this was our first time to Cabo. Excellent restaurant recommendations and we rented Carina Yacht from Theresa for a day which was wonderful.
Can I say that it was the most amazing place we have stayed and trust me we have stayed at some good places. We were so thrilled and have to take hats off to Theresa, Rosy, Jose (Majadorm) and all the Staff at the Resort. They truly have given us many memories to stay with us for a lifetime. We just got back from the residence and had most wonderful vacation. Jose, the butler, was amazing and Theresa, the owner was so gracious. It's been only three days since we got back but we already miss it. It was like a home away from home. From our hard to impress three teenagers to 73 year old mom were thoroughly impressed and attest that it was the best vacation ever.
My husband and I just returned from Capella and feel as if we have found a new paradise! The resort property and this residence are amazing in every way. The stunning beachfront ocean views, privacy, immaculate surroundings, superb cuisine and the friendly world class service of the staff made this a truly special experience. The warmth of the staff and the assistance from Theresa, our host, were superb. Her recommendations made for an exquisite time. We both travel the world a great deal...this is a marvel.
Had an amazing trip staying in this residence. Highly recommend for couples, girls getaway or families. The resort was beautiful, service impeccable and food delicious. Can not wait to go back. The owner was so easy to work with, incredibly responsive and helpful!
