This beautiful waterfront home was built in 2003 and sits on over two acres of land on a bluff above Long Beach on Camano Island. Enjoy stunning views of Port Susan Bay, the Cascade mountains and Mt. Sit at the bar or in the gazabo and watch the boaters and swimmers enjoy the warm water, sandy beach, and beautiful driftwood shore.
Stroll through the Asian-inspired gardens. Pick a fresh pear, apple or plum. Watch the koi swim while the hummingbirds dart in and out of the waterfall. Look up to see the bald eagle or blue heron landing atop the old growth fir and Madrona trees.
Come prepared to play! Practice your golf swing or play some badminton or horseshoes. Comb the beach for treasures or take a swim in the warm, clear water. Take the kayaks for a ride or go bird-watching at Iverson Spit.
