Il Cedro (2+2) is a one-bedroom house 30 metres from the main house with large open plan kitchen, dining area, sitting area with an open fireplace with a sleeper sofa in the sitting room that opens to a double bed; French doors lead to the private patio and an original door leads to the double bedroom and shower room. Amenities include satellite TV, DVD, VCR, safe, dishwasher and coffee maker.
Podere Fontegallo offers three apartments and a separate house (Il Cedro), each different from the other in décor, and all to a very high standard.
The house (Il Cedro) and two of the apartments have a fully equipped open plan kitchen with chestnut wood cabinets, natural stone countertops, dining area, a sitting area with an open fireplace, French doors leading from the sitting area to a private front patio with breathtaking views; satellite TV, dishwasher and espresso maker.
These two apartments also have French doors leading outside from the main bedroom to the back garden.
