Welcome to our beautiful vacation home at the Solterra Resort. Solterra is a gated community located close to Champions Gate and just 15 minutes’ drive from Walt Disney World. There is complimentary use of the Resort amenities to our guests which includes Clubhouse with Tiki Bar, Sports facilities and a Pool complex with zero entry Pool, Jacuzzi and Lazy River.
Our villa is situated on a large plot with views across a conservation area. Our ‘private’ pool deck has both a Spa and 30 ft. Pool with waterfall feature. It is equipped with patio tables and chairs, sun lounges and a comfortable seating area under the Lanai. To enhance your enjoyment we have included the pool and spa heat in order to ensure your stay is even more magical.
This large 2-storey villa extends to over 3,500 sq. ft. of living space with dual zone Air Conditioning to ensure a stable temperature at all times. It comprises 3 Reception Rooms, a fully equipped Kitchen, 6 Bedrooms, 4.5 Bathrooms and Laundry Room.
Reception Rooms –There are 2 large Reception Rooms on the ground floor which provides a very spacious area for larger parties to gather together.
The main Living Room has a leather sectional sofa and a Queen Sleeper Sofa with enough room for everyone to relax. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs. For entertainment, there is a 60” Smart TV with a premium cable package of 300+ channels with on demand functions. There is also a Blu-Ray player and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi throughout the home.
To enable everyone to enjoy a meal together, the Family Room has the main dining area with seating for 12. It also has a lounge area with large sofa which overlooks the pool deck. There is a further 55” Smart TV with cable and Blu-Ray player.
Situated within the family room is a fully equipped Kitchen with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a breakfast bar with 4 adjustable chairs. The major appliances include an electric oven with gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge freezer with ice dispenser plus an additional fridge freezer to keep all those ‘drinks’ cool. Smaller appliances include coffee maker, Keurig K-Cup, kettle, blender and toaster. There are all the cooking utensils you need to cater for large groups and all the dishes, cutlery and glassware to enjoy your dining experience.
Media Room – Situated on the second floor is the third Reception Room with access to the balcony. This has additional seating, a 55” Smart TV with cable, a PlayStation 4 with 2 controllers and various video games to suit all ages.
Bedrooms – There are 6 Bedrooms, 4 King and 2 Twin rooms with 2 beds in each. All bedrooms have nightstands with integral night lights, table lamps and ceiling fans. There are also Smart TVs with cable in every room.
All bedding is of the highest quality with hypo-allergenic mattresses, pillows and comforters. To ensure a good night’s rest, all beds have ‘stay cool’ pillow top mattresses with an extra deep memory foam base.
Master Bedroom – Is situated on the second floor at the rear of the home. It has an King bed and a Twin sleeper chair. The en-suite bathroom has two separate vanity units, a large corner tub and walk in shower.
Bedroom 2 – Is a King bedroom.
Bedroom 3 – Has 2 x Twin beds.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a family bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 4 – Has 2 x Twin beds with a mickey-mouse theme.
Bedroom 5 – Is a King bedroom.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 6 – Is a King bedroom situated on the ground floor with access from the family room. There is an adjacent bathroom with a single vanity unit and walk in shower.
For our young guests – There is a fold-able crib, a pack n play crib, a high chair and stroller. To keep the little ones safe there are 2 stair gates, door alarms onto the patio and a removable child fence around the pool.
