    Rental agreement signed and returned with 50% payment upon booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment by check, Zelle or Venmo preferred. Can charge with credit card with 3% merchant fee charged. Cancellation policy is 100 refundable minus $100 booking fee IF unit is re-booked for same dates. Let me know if additional units are needed.
