Downstairs are two bedrooms all with queen size beds, two with TV's DVD’s and two with ocean views. There is a sitting room off these bedrooms in an honorarium with comfortable chairs, table also with an ocean view.

The kitchen has a large fridge, gas stove, ice maker, toaster, blender, coffee machine, nice dishes, good pots and pans, even a crab pot and linen napkins. The living room has a huge sectional sofa with lounge chair, tasteful recliner for those big guys, other comfortable chairs. The gas fireplace is huge and faces the sofa.

In the beautiful Playa Del Carmen, walk down the stairs and you are on the beach, soothing ocean swimming, restaurants, bars, markets, all along the promenade that goes past the cement boat.
