The uncrowded beach is a short walk (400 meters) through the resort grounds and perfect for swimming, sunning or shell collecting.
One of the three swimming pools overlooks the Sea of Cortez, while the other two are located close to the condo.
An additional pool and spa are under construction.
An 18-hole putting course runs through the center of the resort and putters can be obtained from Security.
The complex is gated and in addition, guards rove the area 24/7. Guards are helpful and friendly.
The paved walkways are perfect for dog walking.
The large parking lot allows vehicles to park only a few steps from the condo and a ramp provides easy wheelchair access.
During the summer months, a snack bar is open and several restaurants are within walking distance.
