If you bring a kayak you can store it on the rack for a small fee and use the onsite boat ramp to launch it. Sorry this ramp is for non-motorized boats only. Rate Details: Rent is $4,100/mo. Dec thru Aprill; $3,500/mo. May thru August; $2,900/mo. Sept thru November. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $230 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Condo Application and Fee: $100. Optional Insurances Accidental Damage Insurance: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Travel Insurance: Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you're away from home we recommend CSA's Vacation Rental Insurance Plan. Please review the CSA Marketing Flyer available on our website for more detail. CSA Plan Cost is 7.65% of all non-refundable charges. Unfortunately we are not able to offer either of these insurances to guests who reside in the states of NY or HI. We are not licensed in those states.
