MINIMUM RENTAL: 1 Month The Palms of Islamorada is a condo complex consisting of 84 units and is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. The complex features separate his and hers mini-gyms, heated pool, hot tub, tiki for gatherings and lots of lounge chairs so soaking up the wonderful sunshine. This one bedroom unit has partial views of the ocean and a good view of the Florida Bay. It is perfectly proportioned - large living area and large bedroom and dressing area with separate linen closet and walk-in closet. The kitchen and baths have been updated. You'll be glad you chose this unit for your holiday in the Keys. Bedding is king in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living room.

Rate Details: Rent is $2300 to $3100/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $185 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Utility Caps/Mo: $125 for electricity. Condo Association Charges: $100 application fee for new guests. Optional Insurances Accidental Damage Insurance:$45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Travel Insurance : Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you're away from home we recommend CSA's Vacation Rental Insurance Plan. Please review the CSA Marketing Flyer available on our website for more detail. CSA Plan Cost is 7.65% of all non-refundable charges. We are able to offer either of these insurances to all guests who reside in the US except for NY and HI. We are not licensed in those states. Awesome home, fantastic location and excellent property manager First I must acknowledge Keys Holiday Rentals. They found us the perfect rental on very short notice. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very large fruit basket from Keys Holiday Rentals. Our boat fit the allowable dock space perfectly allowing those who wanted to fish or snorkel quick access. The fish cleaning station was large and ideally located. While some were fishing the others enjoyed the pool, hot tub or just lounging around soaking up the sun. The neighbors were very pleasant and helpful with recommendations. We hope to return again soon.
