Key Largo Vacation Rentals

Originally called "Rock Harbor," Key Largo is the northernmost part of Florida Keys chain of islands, and classified as the Dive Capital of the World.  Being the Dive Capital, you can expect some great under water action in the form of fishing, snorkeling, or diving at Key Largo.
Key Largo is also a great sport-fishing destination. You can witness some of the best charter captains and fishing guides in the world work out of Key Largo. Check out sailfish offshore, bonefish along the Atlantic shallows, or redfish and tarpon in Florida Bay. The John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park at Key Largo is America's first undersea preserve. This 54,000 acre park is 25 miles long, extends 3 miles out in the Atlantic, and, combined with the adjacent Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary, protects a 178-square-mile-nautical stretch of coastal water. The riches of the ocean, the geography of the Florida Keys, and the Caribbean breezes that waft over you soothe your tensions and make you come back to Key Largo.
