Your family will have a very enjoyable experience while staying in this recently refreshed 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse style condominium. The main floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, 1 sub-divided full bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen with a brand spanking new range/oven, a dishwasher, tile flooring all flanked by a generous living/dining area with a breakfast bar, a Lopi wood fireplace insert, (firewood not provided) a flat screen monitor, and a walkout balcony offering fantastic views where you can enjoy peace and serenity while taking in the majestic scenery that the Mt. Baker area has to offer! Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-full sized bed, privacy panels, and plenty of closet space, along with a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer, and another sub-divided full bath (that’s two full baths!). This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).
Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on three sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging (reservations@mtbakerlodging.com), a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions. Deposit: An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date. Cancellation: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount, unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply. All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.
