Features include a master bedroom with 1-king sized bed and a private walk-out balcony, 1-full bath with a large soaker tub, a separate combination shower and sauna room, and second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a third bedroom with 2-sets of standard sized bunk beds, another full bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher, a large dining area, a spacious living area with a wood burning fireplace, (firewood NOT provided) and an additional walk-out balcony with peek-a-boo river views. All this, plus great Snowater amenities, at a great price! This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

Reservations: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging (reservations@mtbakerlodging.com), a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount, unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply. Payments: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks. Check-In: All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.
