Snowater Condo #85 - A Deluxe 2-Story Family Condo!This deluxe 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse style family condo is a great value! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 1-full sized bed, 1-full bath, a nicely equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher, an open living/dining area, a gas fireplace, and a nice little balcony overlooking the well maintained common area grounds. The 2nd floor features a master bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
PLEASE NOTE: While this property is not pet-friendly for guests, the property owners do have pets. Persons who are particularly susceptible to pet allergens should take this into consideration and reserve accordingly.
Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging (reservations@mtbakerlodging.com), a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions. Deposit: An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date. Cancellation: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount, unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply. All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.
