Penthouse has 5 full “suite” style rooms with bathrooms in every bedroom.
We spent Spring Break in this condo and it was wonderful! Jim was very responsive to all of our needs and questions. We really enjoyed the firepit and bbq on the rooftop. The kids often did smores and we enjoyed morning coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean. We had 5 families in the condo and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy privacy as well as come together in the living room, deck and dinning area. We will definitely be returning.
My wife said :Wow" when she got off the elevator right into the penthouse. She kept saying Wow as we went from room to room to room. What a treat. We will do this again
We booked the penthouse for a family vacation. The penthouse has gorgeous views and affords everyone their privacy. It's a truly special place with great karma. We had a few issues with service from the resort; no propane, misinformation regarding the firepit, and cleaning issues. Nothing major and not the owner's fault. We addressed the issues with Jim and Theresa upon our return and were assured they would be addressed by the resort, which they were. The penthouse is truly special and a lovely place to make memories with family and friends! We would rent from Jim and Theresa again.
Our first impression was WOW! We couldn't believe how gorgeous the place was just getting off the elevator! As we went from room to room, we weren't sure we would find our way back to the living area - it was so enormous. Each of us felt right at home. The accommodations were beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Each bedroom was perfect! Our room had the jetted tub - that was a real treat. Many of us enjoy cooking and we made some fun meals. Of course, our cocktails before meals, sitting around the fire pit, was a highlight of our evenings.
We decided to splurge for my in-laws 50th anniversary and what a surprise. The penthouse was amazing. The elevator enters directly to the unit with a special elevator key and from there it was true opulence. The furniture, finishes, amenities and view were the best I have ever seen. I have been to 58 countries and done a fair bit of traveling and this gem winds up in my back yard. It was a 4 hour trip from Scottsdale and one of the best week vacations we have ever had. Thank you to Jim for taking care of the small details we wanted taken care of and we will be back!
