This newly redecorated first floor condominium is sure to be your best vacation ever! The terrace has new comfortable furniture with custom made local wall decor. There is also a hammock to hang on the trees on the beach for total relaxation.
There are pool towels in the bathroom. There is a large selection of movies and music located in the living room. Grocery stores are Chedrauri and MEGA located approximately 8 miles down the road. Also, Sam's Club is located on Calle 11 past Avenita 65 on the right. These stores have everything you will need. There are many beachclubs just minutes away for great food and beverages. They also have kayaks, paddleboards and other beach toys for available for rent.
As life presents challenges, I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE.

I was looking for a place that was safe, beautiful, fabulous food, great people, affordable and easy to get to. Once I came to Cozumel, I knew I was home! It is the perfect place to swim, bike, run, paddle board, walk, snorkel, dive, sail, practice yoga and all other outdoor activities~ Jodi purchased this Condo in 2004
Loved this one bedroom in paradise! The unit had everything we needed to include bottled water. As it was rainy season the patio was a great place to relax and take in views of the mangrove, pool and ocean on the couple of days it rained. Jodi was very responsive to all our needs throughout the trip. Location in building 2 was quiet. Being on the ground floor, the very short walk to the pool and beach was easy. Definitely will return. Bonus, they pump in hot water in the pool towards sunset. A great touch.

Jody’s property is as advertised & much more! Away from the busy crowds, this place was perfect for a mother-daughter get-away. The condo is tastefully decorated. The patio overlooking both the mangroves & ocean is pure heaven. The location is perfect for divers; no long boat rides south, easy pier pickup, rinse tanks for scuba/camera gear & an outdoor shower. Also great for non-divers as well. My daughter loved curling up with a book on the comfortable patio sofa or catching some sun at the pools while I was out diving. The communication was excellent & Jody was readily accessible via phone to troubleshoot an issue that ended up being an operator error. My only wish was that the check-out was not so early (10:30) but Jody allowed us to leave our luggage in her unit and hang out by the pier until we needed to head to the airport. We will definitely stay there again.
If your looking for a place close to a pool & beach, your search has ended. For not only does it have all of this, the quiet and solitude only adds to intense relaxation. Jodi was always very responsive whenever I needed help. One of the best finds in Cozumel, the condo was very clean had everything, so you can either eat out or prepare your own food. I would suggest doing your shopping at the Mega store, it has everything.........
The property was just as described and pictured. We were close to lots of great food, fun activities and souvenir shopping, however, our condo was blissfully quiet with all the amenities of home! Perfect combination for a great vacation in Cozumel!
Some of the highlights of the property and immediate area: *Spacious condo with most of the items you would need/want to live comfortably for extended stays *Area seemed very safe *Washer/dryer was very useful *Furniture was in good condition and comfortable *Bed was very comfy *Nice patio area with a good view *Two A/C units which kept the condo nice and cool *Two very nice pool areas with one right next to the beach *Easy beach access and a short walk to a number of close-by places (food, merchants, activities, etc.) *Good snorkeling close-by A few items I think could use some improvement: *We never received an email with the front door code so we had to contact the owner before being able to access the condo. I received other emails from her and checked my junk box but found nothing, so I do not believe it was sent. This ended up being a small issue as she responded within just a couple minutes and we had access. *Electronic door lock system only worked well about 50% of the time. Try as we might to determine the "trick" to making this work every time, we were not successful. This became quite the hassle over the course of the week but seems like a simple thing that could be replaced/improved. *WAY too much potpourri when we first arrived. Very overpowering to where the first thing we did was search it out and set it outside, then it took at least a couple days to dissipate. *Living room A/C unit began to leak quite a bit of water about halfway through our trip (even though we had not made any adjustments to the temp or fan speed at that point). We eventually had to turn up the temp and turn down the fan to keep the leak to a minimum. Overall it was an excellent stay and the problems were very minor (except the door, which I would say is slightly above a minor issue as it really did cause us lots of frustration).
Jodi is a great host. Apartment was very clean and the complex is beautiful.
Once I had stayed at Jodi's place I remembered what bliss is. The first quiet warm pool a 49 step walk away from the premises was the first hint. The second pool nearer the beach to watch to boat activity was the second reminder. A perfect western exposure for the sunsets of course. The condo itself was as quiet as the butterflies that fluttered around and the amenities and attention to the inside out were all there. A great place if you want to re-engage the bliss factor. Ken.
We enjoyed our stay in the private complex and met some nice people ! Would have liked to do more cooking, but the complex does not allow bbq's, which is no fault of the owner. Resturants in the area do close early, so plan your food accordly! Stay away from holiday club scammers in town, bad deal !!! We would definitely stay at the Residencias Reef complex again ! Very peaceful
We had an amazing stay at this condo. Jodi was extremely helpful with everything we asked and recommendations were perfect. The staff were very helpful with getting us taxi’s each day and very friendly. The grounds are very well maintained and the beach and pools were nice. We loved having coffee each morning on the patio looking out at the beautiful view and each night around sunset. I'd definitely go again!
This is a great place for families and couples. Great access to beach, nice pools, and awesome patio for relaxing.

We just returned from a week in Cozumel and had a wonderful time. The lodging was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. I highly recommend!
Jodi was fantastic to communicate with and was very responsive. The condo was perfect for us- very spacious for 2 people. We appreciated the jugs of drinking water that were provided and the fully stocked kitchen with plates, silverware, pots, pans, sponge, soap, etc. All of the staff at the complex were extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful beach, palm trees, and multiple pools. Would definitely stay here again!
This condo was perfect for our family of 3 for 8 nights. Here are the many pros: *The Residencias Reef is the best complex on the island. *The host, Jodi, went above and beyond to make our vacation great. *The condo is well equipped and steps to two perfect pools and amazing beach. *There is good snorkeling right off the beach in front of condo. *Pier for boat pick up to go snorkeling, fishing or diving *Condo itself was super quiet inside, didn’t hear neighbors to sides or on top - clearly well insulated and well designed. *The king bed is super comfortable and we are really picky. Surprisingly too, even though it didn’t look like it would be, the pull out couch is comfortable. *The condo grounds are beautiful and the Residencias Reef staff, owners and guests are great. While there are taxis everywhere, we rented a car and highly recommend it! Driving is made easy here! Rent this unit, you will come back again the next year just like we plan to! Thank you, Jodi!
I loved being outside of the city but a short taxi ride to town. I loved the pool options (2 to choose from) and the ocean is right there. The property was awesome, clean and had all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy.
