The beach, pools & pier are all just a short distance from building 4. If you're a scuba diver you'll have the luxury of being picked up and dropped off at Residencias Reef's own pier. Cozumel sunsets are picturesque. While located on the 3rd floor; our balcony overlooks the main pool and the ocean where you can watch the sun dip into the blue waters of the Mexican Caribbean. You can start your day enjoying the sunrise OR top off the day watching the sunset while relaxing on your private balcony.
A short nine mile trip to San Miguel you'll find many restaurants that offer a variety of food including authentic Mexican food. After a relaxing dinner, stroll the ocean front main street where you'll find the perfect piece of jewelry or souvenir to remember your trip to Cozumel. If staying home and cooking is for you we have a full kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and beautiful wood cabinets. Enjoy your private home entertainment system consisting of US satellite (DISH network) with dual receivers, 42' Plasma TV with sound system, DVD player & wireless internet (bring your laptop).
This 1000 sq ft unit offers ceiling fans and air conditioning for your comfort. This spacious one bedroom features a king size bed with a BAMBOO mattress and the soft BAMBOO sheets. This unit has plenty of closet & drawers for your belongings with a private safe available for your use. The large bathroom is fully tiled with two separate entrances for privacy from the bedroom. A sleeper sofa beds or an aerobed inflatable mattress is available for additional guests. Washer & dryer with detergent available for your use. Daily maid service by our maid Elana is INCLUDED but not mandatory. An authentic Mexican lunch can be prepared for you by Veronica and Elena upon request for an additional charge plus groceries. We take pride in providing what you may need to make your vacation a memorable one.
You can even enjoy the amenities of the next door Cozumel Resort & Spa (for a daily all-inclusive rate) for a change of pace. Another option for you is to enjoy a romantic dinner at the 5-star Aura Hotel Beachside, or cocktails on the rooftop in their jacuzzi.(pay per meal or cocktail). We could not have been more pleased with this well-stocked “home” on the beach. The view from the 3rd floor balcony every morning & evening was worth $$$. The unit had everything you need for cooking, beach visits, games and movies, two ac units, filtered water, grill, kitchen appliances and cooking utensils, etc! The pools were great and the location/walking to the beach and other locations on the beach was ideal. We wished we could’ve stayed longer!
Nice clean property, the beach was a bit too rocky for me. Susan was quick to respond, everything was great.
Spotlessly clean and nicely upgraded unit. Amazing views of the pool and Caribbean. Third time to this complex, first in this unit....we will be back to casa Malloy. The owner is responsive and great to interact with
