Location: Watersong Resort in Davenport Great model with 4 en-suites and 5½ bathrooms in total. One bedroom is downstairs along with a ½ bathroom. The remaining 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are upstairs. 3 bedrooms have larger beds, 3 bedrooms have 2 twins each. In total: 6 bedrooms/4½ bathrooms and a third social area upstairs. Ground Floor: Lounge: Situated at the front of the house as you enter. The luxurious sofa can convert into sofa bed. Dining Room: Adjoining to the Lounge, the Dining room has a luxury table and 6 chairs for formal eating. Family Room: This is an impressively light and airy area with sofas, 65'' TV and high ceiling. Kitchen / Dining area: A fully functional, spacious, kitchen is provided for your convenience. The kitchen is fitted with cooker/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery, utensils. An additional dining area with the kitchen is provided with table and 6 chairs, overlooking the pool area and also the TV in the Family room. half bathroom. Through one door in the bedroom is the large Master bathroom with a bath, separate walk in shower, 2 sinks and toilet. Through another door is the Walk-in closet for all your holiday clothes and suitcases. Upstairs: MASTER BEDROOM 2 WITH MASTER BATHROOM 2 AND WALK IN CLOSET: (Bedroom 2) The room has a large King size bed with a flat screen TV. Through one door in the bedroom is the Master Bathroom with a bath, and shower facilities, a sink and toilet. Through another door is the Walk-in closet for all your holiday clothes and suitcases. 2 x Double Bedrooms: (Bedrooms 3 & 4): Both bedrooms have large beds, flat screen TVs and built in wardrobes. Bathroom 3: This bathroom lies between bedrooms 3 & 4. 2 x Twin Bedrooms (Bedrooms 5 & 6): Each bedroom has 2 single beds, built in wardrobes and a flat screen TVs. Bathroom 4: This bathroom lies between bedrooms 5 & 6. Den: The Den area is right next to bedroom 4. There is a flat screen TV. An ideal area to relax and sprawl in. All bed linen and towels are provided. Outside Back: This area has a large covered lanai. There is an outside table with 6 chairs for al fresco dining. In addition, there are loungers provided for the sun worshippers. There are 2 ceiling fans with lights. The large 30ft pool is separated from the lanai area by safety fencing to stop young children entering the pool unsupervised. The pool can be heated (optional extra). Pool towels are provided.

Minimum stay is 4 paid nights in slower months, 5+ nights in busiesr months and 7(+) nights during holidays. At least 1 renter must be 25(+) years of age. A major credit card is needed at check-in (for security deposit). Golf disocunts available. $500 minimum contribution if any real estate purchase is made (during stay or anytime as long as promotion is still active). No smoking of any kind. Check-in time is 4:00 pm; checkout time is 10:00 am (sometimes flexible for free, sometimes at a cost). At departure, guests must leave the house neat, especially around the kitchen area. |
