Picture yourself in the evenings curled up on a comfy sofa watching your own channels and not having to fight with kids for the remote ( they have their own TV in their own bedroom) or brewing yourself a cup of gourmet coffee in a kitchen brimming with everything you need . Have fun in a large 2.5 acre heated swimming complex surrounded by palm trees with blissful lazy river, waterfalls , water slides ( big hit with the kids ) and jacuzzi or relax on the extensive sunbathing terraces with a book and a drink served to you by waiters from the poolside bar.
Our Resort also boasts the Frankie Farrells family restaurant serving food indoors or on a balcony overlooking the pool , a Sports Bar showing live sports event ( including football... ) on several large screen plasma TV's , a games arcade with a pool table , basketball, Car Chase and other token operated games along with a ATM machine in the clubhouse lobby for your convenience. A Dedicated concierge desk to assist you with dinner reservations or pre-purchase tickets to any attractions (save queuing at the gate!) is on site where multilingual staff can offer advice based on their extensive local knowledge. Pamper yourself in the Cenote Day Spa and fitness centre offering wide range of beauty treatments including facials, specialized nail care, make-up artistry and massage therapies on site. There is a resort fee of $20(+tax)/day/household charged by the Resort to access the club facilities. This includes unlimited access to the pools, water slide, lazy river, hot tub, gym, sand volleyball court, children's play area, outdoor hot tubs, steam room, sauna, fitness center, daily pool towels etc. This is collected by reception when you check in. Most pets up to a maximum of 10 kg are allowed. A one-off fee of $150 is charged. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at any one time.

We are avid travellers - Caribbean, Europe, Asia and Africa. We purchased our vacation rental in 2001 because we love coming to Florida in the winter months . We would normally spend a few weeks in Florida, then travel to NY, Houston or the Caribbean to see friends and families. Our children have enjoyed many holidays at Regal Palms and we have precious memories of those days. We hope that many other families will create such memories also.
We stayed at 417 La Mirage at Regal Palms Resort & Spa in Davenport. There was plenty of room for three generations to spread out and the couch was so comfortable! Grocery stores were nearby and there was a small bar and grill at the pool. The pool area also included a water slide and a lazy river. The home was 40 minutes from Universal, 20 minutes to Disney, and an hour and a half to CoCo Beach. This unit had everything we needed to be our home base for an amazing Florida vacation.
I cannot say enough great things about this home, the community, the owners, and the location! I’ll start with the booking and check-in process, which was absolutely seamless. The owner’s really go out of their way to make the process easy, and the resort staff are fantastic at check-in. The home is well-maintained and has everything you need and more for a short or monthly stay. I am staying two months in the home, and have enjoyed my time here so much. The resort pool is so much fun with a lazy river and a large water slide. There are plenty of sun beds if you prefer to sit and read, or people watch. The snack bar has great drinks and food, and the spa will take great care of you. You honestly don’t need to leave property! But, if you do want to visit Disney, the closest park was a 20 minute drive for me in traffic. Not a bad drive, and you really cannot beat this location near I4 and hwy 192, it is so easy to get to all of the parks. All in all, this has been a really great experience, and I would not hesitate to book again.
