This 1,350 square foot condo is my personal weekend getaway but I rent it when not using it. The unit is a bright 2-story end-unit with 2-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath + Loft area. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs and upstairs has 2 bathrooms and all the sleeping areas. Each bedroom has a queen bed, the loft area has 2 twin beds. It's very comfortable for two couples and two children (or two single adults), but I don't recommend putting more people unless it is a close group and someone is willing to sleep on a couch. The living area has a lofted ceiling so if feels very spacious. This is an end unit so windows on 3 sides look out to a wooded common area.
Amenities include cable TV, DVD and Playstation 2 (with some games).

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was our second time in this home. It is a very nice unit and in excellent condition. The location is very convenient to the university and about 5 mins from downtown Flagstaff. If you are a cyclist, there are bikes lanes right outside the door and just a short ride to many MTB trails. We plan on staying here again next year.
We had a great stay! We were in town for the graduation weekend and the proximity to the University was great. You definitely are 5 min away. We had a full house. This was my first time renting a house so I didn\'t know what to expect. It met all my needs; beds, bathrooms, comfort, distance to NAU. Hugh the owner, was very responsive and flexible. I will definitely keep this property in mind for my next stay.
We didn\'t know what to expect when we arrived. From the moment we walked in the door to this property to the minute we walked out it exceeded our expectations to the max. Dealing with the owner was easy and professional. We would highly recommend this property. Our kids loved staying here also. It has everything you could want or need in a property. This home is lovely. We stayed a couple of years ago and finally returned and the owner has made more improvements, by adding upgraded master bedroom furniture, new TV\'s and new living room furniture. The home was great before but the upgrades just make it delightful. As before, Hugh, the owner was pleasant and accomodating. All around a great vacation home in Flagstaff. Dog friendly place with lots of walking trails close by. Hope we don\'t leave it as long to return to this home.
Loved the quick responses from Hugh. His place had all we needed even down to the snow shovel which we needed as it snowed a ton! Flagstaff is beautiful and the home was close to anything we needed or wanted. No complaints from us nor our two teen girls. They could walk to the movie theatre. The home was clean and cozy!
