Pet Fee
For guests traveling with pets, a $250 non-refundable pet fee and a $250 refundable pet deposit are required per pet.

$2,000 deposit required for security.

Rates are subject to change until reservations are confirmed. Three day minimum doesn't always apply. Please ask the owner. Less than a week rentals may also be available in the summer. More than 40 guests may incur an additional fee and property manager required to be hired in addition on date of any event. Corporate outings have additional fee. All holidays are charged premium prices (add 25% minimum). Booking with a credit card adds 3% to the total cost.n |

Jeff and Jennifer Hylton own Ark on Lake Lanier dot com, a lakeside luxury vacation rental for groups! We love to use this place for retreats and family reunions and host many of our ministry partners here during the off-season. We are usually traveling, enjoying the outdoors and checking out future real estate projects.
This property is outstanding! The photos are helpful but it is actually better in person. Every detail has been thought of and Jackie is there to provide any special request. The size and privacy per room is very nice. The setting is breathtaking. I could go on and on... It is fabulous. The entire experience from booking to check out was as smooth as it gets. Although, it was hard to leave because we had so much fun! I highly recommend!
Great place to stay, I felt a little price, but I believe maybe fair as the only house in the area with that many rooms, and well prepared. We have a great time, we didn't used most of the facility as was raining the whole time, but I didn't miss anything. Jackie did a good job making sure we were well supported. Only suggestions are to have a list of utensils in the counters and drawers, as it has everything but sometimes takes time to find it. I will be back as soon I have my team building again.
This place is 10/10. It has everything you need and more. Didn't need to leave the entire weekend. So much to do on the property. Great hosts.
Amazing!! Go there!! Tears of joy will flow from your face!! So many fun things to do outside and beautifully decorated on the inside!! We absolutely loved our time at The Ark! It was beyond family friendly and created a relaxing and rejuvenating time away for us to just be together as family and truly enjoy one another in the wonderful home!! We would love to come back again!!!!
Wow. Wow. Wow. Stop now and book this place! It’s so difficult to find a space that works for corporate retreats and this one has. It. All. There are multiple gathering spaces, amenities for bonding, 14 bedrooms, a large kitchen. Easy check in and check out. Small things all around that make a big difference when hosting (multiple fridges, ice machine, serving platters).
We stayed at the Ark for a church young adult retreat and had 27 people. We had several beds unused and everyone got a private bedroom who wanted one. The grounds and interior look exactly like the photos. It is truly incredible. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the extra ice makers and refrigerators were life savers. The hot tub spa heated up so quickly and the fire pit with the gas line made for an easy bonfire. We especially loved all the water toys like kayaks and paddle boards. And of course the trampoline deserves a mention!!!
An outstanding place. Jeff is extremely conscientious and the Ark met our high expectations. We rented it for a corporate retreat for our small firm—We’ll be back next year.
