Internet, WiFi, and cable tv is supplied, with new refrigerator, washer and dryer. Green valley recreation facilities are available for renters monthly fee. We live at 4917 S. Gloria Vista Drive, Green Valley, AZ 85622. My Wifes name is Eileen Ridenour. The rental is at 565 N Mazatzal Drive, Green Valley, AZ 85614. The Rental is called T&E Rental.
We stayed January and February 2018. From the first moment stepping into the property, we knew we had made a great decision. Clean, fresh smelling, homey, and plenty of room to spread out. Fully equipped--everything worked! Owners even had a welcoming bottle of wine. We are coming back in 2019 and 2020.

Just returned from a 5 night stay at a truly wonderful rental property. Neat, clean and well decorated and well supplied. The location was convenient and easy to find. The lock box made for an easy late night checking and early morning checkout. The owners were kind and easy to work with. What more can I say It was perfect for our needs!

This property far exceeded our expectations. The house is big and had everything we could have wanted. The interior was new, modern and beautifully done. It looked like it was done by a professional designer. The master is huge and has a king bed and a large screen TV. There is another large screen TV, and a new comfortable sofa (that reclines) and a recliner in the living room. The kitchen comes completely equipped with new appliances. The hosts Terrell and Eileen were most gracious and answered any and all questions, including questions about a property we are buying. Just bring your bring your clothes and toiletries, everything else is provided for you. There is not one negative thing I could say about this property. If you choose to stay here you will not be sorry. Thank you Terrell and Eileen for a great stay.
