Lake Houses Total of 8 Bedrooms 5 Baths, (Sleeps up to 25) SECLUDED AREA.  OWNER WILL REQUEST COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAW AS TO OCCUPANCY LIMITS, SELF QUARANTINE, ETC. .  

IMPORTANT STEPS WE ARE NOW TAKING. We are increasing the cleaning procedures after each rental to insure the most sterile property. Hard surfaces will be focus spots for the new cleaning / disinfection procedures.

WHY RENT HERE - YOU CAN DRIVE. THERE IS A TON OF THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE INTERACTION WITH OTHERS - HIKING, BIKE RIDING, FISHING, GOLF, SHOOTING RANGE, BOATING, FRISBEE GOLF, HORSEBACK RIDING, MINI-GOLF, MOUNTAIN CLIMBING, AND ATV RIDES. AND MOST OF ALL LESS EXPENSIVE THAN MOST ANYPLACE.  

You will not find anything like this. These are two spectacular 4 bedroom houses on the same property right on Lake Harmony, with the cottage being about 30 feet in front of the larger house. They are rented together. Both have several large flat screen tvs (each house has a 43" smart tv), hot tubs (indoor in the larger house, the cottage has one outdoor), AC, outdoor fire pit, wireless, cable, wood burning fireplace in the larger house and gas fireplace in the cottage and the larger house has a pool table, and jacuzzi in the master bedroom.

There are two docks and a deck on beautiful Lake Harmony, and they are about a 5 minute walk to popular restaurants and night spots. The property is minutes from JFBB and Split Rock Resort.  

As for the beds in the larger house, the master on top level has a king, the loft area with a single, two bedrooms on the main level, each with a queen and bunk bed (one bunk bed has a full on the bottom), the bedroom on the game room level has 1 single and one day bed with a trundle (so sleeps 3).

In the cottage two bedrooms have queens, one room with 2 singles and one bedroom with one bunk bed and one single (so will sleep 3) and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchens are perfect for cooking for large families or groups, including breakfast bars with seating for 3, and have a stove, oven & microwave.

The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need to cook, eat and drink. Off of the kitchen is the dining room area that has a 8’ dining room table that can seat up to 10. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience in each house.  

The property is located about 1 mile to Big Boulder, 4 miles to Jack Frost and 2 miles from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock. The property is minutes from numerous activities such as horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf. Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia. Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you are bringing your boat, please call for a copy of the registration form) , water skiing, sailing and jet skiing (there are no jet ski rentals).

You can swim off the docks that are right in front of the property. Views are amazing. Shopping outlets, Hickory Run State Park, Jim Thorpe (a city steeped in history) all within 30 minutes of house.  

Mid 20s OR OLDER. NO PROM OR HIGH SCHOOL GROUPS. LINENS AND/OR TOWELS CAN BE SUPPLIED BY A SERVICE FOR A SMALL REASONABLE FEE. MOST GUESTS DO NOT WANT THIS, SO I DO NOT INCLUDE THE COST IN THE CHARGES. BUT YOU CAN GET EITHER OR BOTH FOR A REASONABLE FEE. JUST ASK OWNER.
