I was born in 1951 and my wife and I have 3 children, all in their 20s. I grew up on Long Island and moved to the Philadelphia area in 1990. I currently live about a mile from Villanova University in Rosemont Pa. I graduated from Georgetown University and my wife graduated from Drexel. This property was purchased by us to help provide for retirement income. We are Superhosts on Airbnb, Premier Partner on VRBO and have Certificates of Excellence from Trip Advisor.
The property fit the bill for an extended family vacation. Great location for the area with pool and beach really nice.

The property was very clean and spacious. Neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.
Nice and big house, the area has so many stuff to do, but unfortunately the weather didn't allow any activities during our stay, owner is very responsive we had an issue with the internet and Pillows, he cam right away to fix, you need to bring your own sheets and towels.
Perfect house to relax in with the entire family. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Loved being able to sit around the full table and play games , relax In the hot tub , the kids loved getting a bath in the jacuzzi tub. The house is located in a beautiful area as well!

We stayed president day weekend. Great location for skiing/boarding. 4 teen boys loved the bunk room, enough space for 3 families. Pet friendly so was able to bring the dog with us. Barry was great to work with.
House is in a great location. Communication with owner was clear and timely. We would definitely stay here again!
Had a great trip to this house @ Big Boulder over thanksgiving weekend. House was exactly as described and Barry was very communicative about both the house & things to do in the area. The kids & the parents too loved the hot tub. Bunk room was a hit with the kids also and everyone had fun playing pool & fooseball in the game room. House is ideally situated by many attractions including lots of trails to hike. Highly recommend the “Shades of Death” trail for the adventure seekers! Overall a great place to get away for a weekend or a whole week. Will definitely be back.
