1. The resort only allows THREE cars per property.
DRIVERS MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE to get access to the Community.
2. Keyless entry! Door code provided.
3. Pool cleaned and treated weekly.
- Pool/Hot tub heating: $30 daily fee (plus taxes) for a minimum of 3 days, if requested it is required for your WHOLE reservation.
– Request must be made 3 days prior to check-in date; payment will need to be sent once requested.
4. This property features a BBQ grill service that you can request for a one-time payment of $100, plus taxes. It includes post-use cleaning and the gas refill. Please, submit your inquiry.
