DRIVERS MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE to get access to the Community.
2. Keyless entry! Door code provided.
3. Pool cleaned and treated weekly.
- Pool/Spa heating: $30 daily fee (plus taxes) for a minimum of 3 days, it must be required for your WHOLE reservation. – Request must be made 3 days prior to check-in date; payment will need to be sent once requested. (Jets in the spa do NOT turn on as a hot tub).
- Pool size 10` X 4` deep
4. BBQ extra service
Extra service includes post cleaning and gas refil $100 plus taxes, must be requested prior to your arrival date.
