Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited.
Registration fee is non-refundable.

The pictures don’t do this home justice. Location is ideal. A short walk to St Armand’s circle but also quiet and private making you feel like you’re far away from the hustle and bustle. Rick was quick to respond to my questions. The home was clean and ready for us at check in. Would definitely rent again.
The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. We spent most of our time on the back patio and roof top deck. The sunsets from the roof top deck were amazing!!! The location was great, short walk to the beach and restaurants.
