Notes: Rules and suggestions-
Please keep volume of voices and kids screaming at the pool to a normal speaking level so as not to disturb the neighbors.
I know this can be difficult as kids get excited, do your best.
The cleaning fee covers 10 hrs. of cleaning, linen service, window and patio cleaning plus products.
If I get billed for more time to clean, then the extra time will be deducted from your damage deposit at $30 per hour.
Please rinse off all beach equipment and put back the way you found it in the garage.
Do not leave rented bicycles, scooters or carts in driveway, only garage with g. door kept down.
Not even for short time as neighbors do not want it to look to touristy. Please be very conscious of this.
Do not put towels or swimming suites over the balcony rails in front of the house.
Please shake out beach towels at the beach because they hold a lot of our fine white quartz sand and sand ruins the washing machines.
Rinse off heavy beach sand with hose on side of house, then outside shower before using pool.
Garbage day is early Wednesday morning so put it out to the curb on the l side of the house on Tuesday night.
No more than three cars allowed, please put one car in the garage during your stay. This is a nice neighborhood, and want to keep neighbors happy.
Call me for instructions on how to use the pool after taking a photo with your phone of valves so you know how to reset them after changing over from pool setting to spa jets and spa heat.
Reset heater temp after using the spa so you are not heating the pool to spa temperatures. Pool needs to filter so you have to reset to pool after two days maximum of heating the spa.
Strict Cancellation Policy. Payments are non-refundable but can be moved to new dates prior to 120 days of arrival date, at current rates.
If manager can book to another tenant, then you will get refunded less 20% of total rent, plus the sales tax, for a re-booking fee to secure a new ren

We just spent a full week at 5589 Cape Letye and had a wonderful experience. We had a total of 6 adults and 4 teenagers and we had more than enough space in the home. The home is gorgeous both inside and out! Beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were high-end. The kitchen has more than enough of everything for all our needs. The pool and hot tub were home runs for both kids and adults!! The home was a short walk to the beach which was gorgeous especially for the nightly sunsets. We rented bikes through siesta key bikes and bikes into the Villages area for multiple meals...food was great throughout the week at all the area restaurants. Siesta Key was an amazing place for a family vacation and this home was the perfect spot for us...thanks to David and Erin who were both fantastic about welcoming us to the home and for recommendations and ideas. Thanks for everything!
We had an amazing time with our family at this home in SK! David (property manager) was incredibly responsive to our questions and even stopped by to introduce himself when we arrived!The space was perfect for the two families we had and the pool was amazing. When our little kids would take a nap, a few parents would take the older kids to the beach for some fun times in the beautiful SK sand and surf. The house was so close to the beach that walking there only took a few minutes. It made our beach adventures so simple. If we forgot something, walking back was only a quick few minutes instead of a drive. Our proximity to the town was super close as well and the frog hop was perfect for getting around the island and checking out the restaurants.We highly recommend this property for anyone with kids and an itch for the beach! Will definitely stay again.
This house has everything you need for a great vacation: one block to the beach and transportation to town, caged pool and hot tub, and landscaping that provides privacy. The home has been renovated, and was immaculately clean. The kitchen has everything you'd need to prepare a meal, should you tire of the great restaurants Sarasota has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet - no partying spring breakers. If you rent a car, it's a short ride to a lot of attractions. Fishing charters and parasailing are right on Siesta Key. The Mote Marine aquarium is worth a visit - the sea otters are adorable. Our favorite excursion, though, was a guided kayak tour through the mangroves. And the owner allowed our daughter's service dog to stay. We will definitely be back!
The home was perfect, even nicer than the pictures made it look. Very clean, great layout and integration of the home into the outside pool area. Bathrooms seem recently remodeled and are very clean and modern. Kitchen is huge, refridgerator is oversized so plenty of space. A drink fridge adds extra storage for beer, soda, etc.Four of us worked during the month and the wi-fi was great, plenty strong to handle four or more people on video calls at the same time. TVs aplenty with access to cable via amazon fire sticks and the xfinity stream app.The location to the beach is perfect... close (150 yeards or so), but still on a quiet road so its very private. We loved the fact that the village was about a mile away so it was quiet but still easily walkable to the restaurants and stores.We enjoyed eating at Flavios, Another Broken Egg, Hub Baja Grill, Summer House, Cafe Gabbiano and of course ice cream at Olafs.We highly recommend this home and Siesta Key and have already rented again for next February.
Perfect house! The beach is right there! The house is gorgeous and had everything we needed for the beach! 18 years of vacationing with friends and family and this was just perfect! David is fantastic and would definitely rent again! A+ vaca!! Thank you so much for your hospitality
A wonderful vacation home for a large extended family. Everything we needed was there. Proximity to the beach was amazing. There were some issues with the air-conditioning, hot water and the dock but hopefully those will be resolved for the future. The owner is very responsive and cares about her property.
This home is beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. There were 12 of us plus a toddler and everyone was impressed with the layout of the home. We enjoyed our stay so much. It is a very easy, short walk to the beach. This beautiful home was perfect for all to relax. 2 separate living rooms, plenty of bedrooms and baths. The master bath shower was amazing!! Wonderful pool and hot tub. You will not be disappointed with this rental home!!! David - property manager was the greatest! He was quick to respond to all of our questions/concerns. A beach wagon had 2 flat tires and could not be repaired so they bought a new one and delivered to us so we would not have to try to haul all the equipment for 12 to the beach in one little wagon. We were so appreciative of his quick response. We will definitely book again.
This home could not have fit our family’s needs any better. It has been beautifully remodeled, and stocked with any and everything you could possibly need. The way the home is set up, with 3 separate sleeping areas, 2 living areas, the pass through windows from the kitchen to the lanai area, is just simply perfect for large groups. Kudos to the owners for their attention to detail, and to David for being so easy to deal with, and get in touch with throughout the rental process. We will definitely be back!
This house was perfect for our needs and worked out well for our family of 10. The house is newly remodeled and very spacious. The pool and hot tub were great. The beach is walking distance and the house is well equipped with chairs and beach equipment. The guys loved fishing off the dock. The mangoes from the tree were ripe and delicious. David was easy to work with and responded quickly to any need. Beautiful house and vacation.
The house was absolutely stunning and fit all of our needs. There was plenty of beach gear, you literally do not have to bring anything of your own for the beach. The beach and village are incredibly close to the house, along with grocery stores and other shops. We had my two, two year old boys with us and the house was incredibly family friendly and safe for the little ones. David was responsive and great with any needs that we had. Overall an amazing family getaway!
This house was beautifully remodeled. Upgraded everything and no expense was spared.All the amenities included. Walking distance to the beach. Docking available for our boat. The realtor was great and very informative. One small issue with a door knob and the owner came over in less than an hour to help out. Overall one of the nicest locations we’ve stayed in and plenty of little extras that made our experience even better. We would definitely stay here again.
We, as a family of 12 celebrated our Christmas holiday at this location. It had everything one could think of. We have two sets of grandkids. The older ones were happy to have a hot tub, the little ones would get up and hit the pool right away. The location was near to the beach. There are wagons, beach toys and chairs to go to the beach. The laundry facilities were a BONUS. Came with clean clothes and went home with clean clothes. Grocery stores are nearby. It was a treat to stay at this location. The air conditioner was working, David had it taken care the very next day. A vacation to remember!!!!
