All rentals are subject to a 13% Florida Sales and Use Tax.
Five (5) night minimum rate on any rental
Seven (7) night minimum for any holiday stay
10% discounts for rentals of 10 or more days
10% discount for any rental paid in full at time of booking

Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. or after Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. or before
A reservation deposit of $300.00 per week is required to hold your dates. Balance of rental and refundable security deposit ($250.00) are due 60 days before your stay.
Security deposit is refunded within 45 days of your check-out date.
Optional Pool and Spa Heat is $25.00 per day of your stay. Spa only heat is $15.00 per day. Pool heat may not be needed June – September.
Pet fee is a flat $125 plus tax . NO weight restrictions – We LOVE big dogs!
If you pay in full at time of booking, we offer $100 off (per week) your stay.
Minimum stay requirement is seven (7) days although if you are looking for a last minute get-away (within the next 30 days) we may give you a discount off the daily rate and allow stays shorter than seven (7) days.

House was everything we expected!!! House was clean, and wonderfully decorated. Felt like home and didnt want to leave. The bedrooms were all comfortable and had all we needed. The pool and spa were our favorite. Couldn\'t get the kids out. Sue was a delelite to work with could not recommend enough. Al ready booked for next year!!!!
Lovely home. Very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Great location. No complaints at all. Very Grateful that it is pet friendly. Being able to bring our fur babies and not having to worry about their care in the hands of someone else allowed us to thoroughly have a great time.
We have rented other homes for vacation, this was by far the best home we have ever stayed at. My children and grandchildren thought we should skip Disney and stay at the house. They all loved the pool and hot tub. It was the best vacation ever, for all of us. Even our dog had a great time. The house was beautiful, the kitchen was well-equipped, there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms that no one had to share . If it wasn\'t a 20 hour drive we would be back next year. If you\'re looking for a great home to rent this is the one for you. Thank you to Sue and her staff. Hope to visit again.
This was my first time renting a vacation home I was not sure what to expect. All I can say is WOW! This home was so open and comfortable. I am a bit of a neat freak and this home was fresh and clean! I usually have to do some cleaning because I am so picky but I can say NOPE not here I didn\'t!! The owner Sue was great to work with thank you for sharing your home with my family and my puppy! When I called to check in with the manager Karen she was very happy and friendly what a pleasure to talk with! I have to say it was so nice to travel with my dog I cant see staying in a hotel again when you can stay in a home like this! Truely thank you all for such a great vacation! We will be back for sure!
Absolutely beautiful home! It was spacious and clean and very comfortable! The pool and spa were enjoyed by all! The owner Sue was great to work with! She was always there to help with questions. The house was easy to find and a pure joy for me and my family! We cant wait to come back! Thank you Sue for making our stay so wonderful!
