We have a beautiful rooftop patio with an outdoor kitchen and a spectacular view of Land's End. It's the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sunset.
Rental includes use of our 2006 Chevy Uplander. It has air conditioning and auto-start (so you can get the A/C going and the car cooled down before you get in). Seats 7.
The house has a full kitchen and a laundry room.
The two guest bedrooms are good-sized and they have a connecting (Jack-and-Jill) bathroom. Both beds have extra pillow-top mattresses and both beds are very comfortable. (The master bedroom is off limits.)
We have good/strong internet service. The TV is a Smart TV. So, if you have Netflix, Hulu, Dish or any online programming, you can watch it on the TV. (No cable or satellite.)
The entire house has a water treatment system, plus an extra water treatment system in the kitchen, so all water is clean.
The community has a very nice pool, which is accessible to our guests. We have pool noodles, a cooler and a couple of beach chairs for the use of our guests. We also have his/hers right-handed Callaway golf clubs for the use of our guests.
Our neighborhood (Maranata) is in the Tezal area (between Costco and Walmart). The community is walled and is protected by a security gate.
It's about a five minute drive to Medano Beach/downtown Cabo San Lucas.
I also have an extensive list of restaurants and things to do that I have developed over my 27 years of going to Cabo. I can email it to you if you'd like.
Also, we have a driver who can pick you up at the airport and take you back to the airport. Cadillac Escalade or similar vehicle. Private transport. (No waiting for other people or stopping at other resorts to drop people off.) He charges $70 each direction. (Cheaper and way better than a taxi!)
