MINIMUM RENTAL 1 MONTH    Delightful vacation home located in the popular Islamorada neighborhood of Port Antigua.  You will love this charming and cozy home!   There is a wonderful open concept floor plan with 3 nicely proportioned bedrooms.   Sliding doors open into the sunroom extending the living area and overlooking the canal.   Owners are in the process (10/22) of putting in an all new kitchen (cabinets, refrigerator, dishwasher and stone counter tops).   Furnishings have been updated and are inviting   Relax on the screened porch on the updated outdoor furniture or watch TV in the living area.   A portion of the ground level storage area is being remodeled (10/22) to include better storage and a kitchen!  This will open to an outdoor living area with new outdoor furnishings.   Updated photos will follow when the work is complete.  For the boaters in the family, the deep and wide canal with quick access to the bay will be a favorite.  The Channel 5 Bridge is a short ride and you can be in the Atlantic Ocean in no time.  There's a gorgeous private sandy beach only available to residents of the Port Antigua neighborhood.   Wi-Fi is included.  Bedding is King, Queen, Full/Twin Bunk.  This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.

Additional Rate Information

Rate Details:  $7500/month.    Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties.  Please call the office. Additional Charges $340 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent; and 12.5% state and local taxes.    Refundable Security Deposit:   $1000 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $2000 without.  Utility Caps/Mo:   $150 water and $300 electricity.   Pet Fees:  Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If you plan to bring a pet we will need to know the breed, age, and weight. If your pet is accepted there is an additional refundable security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet plus an additional $45 departure cleaning fee.

Accidental Damage:  $45  covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

Had a wonderful stay in Port Antigua. The rental company was wonderful to work with! They supplied the house with lots of paper, cleaning, misc items, so that you didn't need to go to the store immediately! The beds were comfortable. The house is not large but has a large screened porch which gives more living space. The kitchen is small but who cooks indoors in the keys? The gas grill is very clean and hot! The neghborhood is very friendly and the private beach is wonderful. My son and his family (a 4 and 9 year old boys) flew down for a couple of days And loved the beach! Thanks for our wonderful vacation!

A Genuine Retreat

We loved the house and enjoyed many of its friendly neighbors. Especially loved the lanai. Ate breakfast there while watching the beautiful sky and clean canal. Great location. Quiet but close to activities. Looking forward to next year. A genuine retreat.
