This is a very nice home in a very convenient location in Scottsdale.
As first time visitors to Scottsdale, the house was perfectly located. Although only a 10 minute walk to Fashion Square and the Old Town section of Scottsdale, we were in a very tranquil neighbourhood with no traffic noise. The house is extremely comfortable with large bedrooms and spacious living room/dining room and kitchen area opening onto a sunny southwest facing patio area. It is well equipped and attractively updated. Vince was a pleasure to communicate with and very responsive.
Nine days in this well designed well situated home was a wonderful experience. The house is open, comfortable, stylish with everything you could want. As a walker and hiker it could almost not have been better. Two mile walk (or Lime Scooter) to Camelback's Chola Trailhead. Beautiful grounds and private pool. Secure gate out to Goldwater Blvd directly across from Nordstrom's. Short walk to the AZ Canal trail.
Very nice property in a good location for central Scottsdale. The house is well equipped and very comfortable with attractive furnishings and artwork. Excellent barbecue in the small,but nicely furnished patio at the rear of the property. The host was very helpful and responsive. All in all, an excellent vacation home.
Vinnie the owner was awesome! He was there when we were getting situated and offered to provide all insight needed for our stay. The house is even better in person then the pictures detail. Very comfortable with all the expected modern amenities. This place is so close to the Fashion Aquare Mall, Old Town Scottsdale as well as dozens of great restaurant options. I stayed here for a week with my husband, and two younger children. It truly felt like home away from home. Beautiful neighborhood, and setting. The backyard porch area was darling with luscious planters, and provided perfect ambiance with the added lighting. The entire house was immaculate, and had everything needed for daily living. Downtown Scottsdale and Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall was just walking distance from this property. You can’t get any better than this place! We will definitely be returning.
Park your car and enjoy the convenience of this property. Really close to Old Scottsdale, the canals, and Fashion Square. The house itself is comfortable and roomy. The kitchen and living room are great places to gather. Loved the rain shower head in the bathroom. Looking forward to a return visit.

A group of 6 of us stayed comfortably in this house for 4 days. It’s very walkable to Old Town, the Fashion Square mall and the entertainment district. Vinny manages the property and is very responsive, friendly and helpful. The beds are all really comfortable as well. Overall our group had a really great time and we would all recommend this house to future guests.
Everything was great! Property is located exactly where you want to be. Walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale (shops, dining, bars etc). Vince was a pleasure and a great host! We will definitely be back!
