This luxury beach home located in a quiet neighborhood on the BAY side of North Mission Beach, comes with central air conditioning and heating. The house is a 3-bedroom, 4 bath home with a 2 car carport, which is a must-have amenity when vacationing at the beach as parking is very difficult during the summer months. Friends and families will love the ability to pull up, park and conveniently gain access to the house and its wonderful amenities. The carport will fit 2 SUVs. Carport Dimensions: 18'6" D x 17'3"W 2 vehicles can be parked side by side under the carport.
The house sleeps 9 comfortably. THE BEDS ARE ALL BRAND NEW WITH LUXURIOUS HOTEL LINENS AND TOWELS. In bedroom 1 there are two twin bunk beds, a twin trundle, and a fold out mattress (sleeps 6), bedroom 2: queen bed with bay view (sleeps 2) - from your bed, you can see the bay through the pop up large window! Bedroom 3: king bed with double balconies (sleeps 2).
Each bedroom offers a spacious en-suite bathroom which features a 12' rain shower head and modern contemporary sinks and countertops. The third-floor decks offer bay views which provide a perfect setting for entertaining and enjoying that famous San Diego weather.
The exterior affords a built-in gas barbecue and an outdoor shower constructed of lovely stone and tile that allows guests to wash the salt and sand off both their body and feet after a wonderful day at the beach.
The house is fully equipped: Linens, sheets, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a gas barbecue are provided for your use. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots & pans, plates, silverware, coffee maker, etc. All you need to do is buy your food and relax and enjoy your San Diego beach vacation! For the past 8 months, we have totally re-modeled the small cottage and turned it into a gorgeous, modern 3-bed, 4 bath beach house. We are looking forward to having guests enjoy the new house as much as they did the original cottage. This new property is absolutely incredible! It manages to have both the feel of a cosy home and a high-end boutique hotel. Every beautifully appointed room has an en-suite and there is even an extra bathroom on the ground floor. This property is over 3 floors, but you wouldn't notice it unlike others as the space is so well used. On the ground level there is the well-equipped kitchen (with everything you'd ever need), dining room and living room (with a beautiful sofa). Out of the patio doors (on the same level) you have a patio with seating for 4 and a BBQ. Around the corner from this is an outdoor shower to clean off after a day at the bay (which is just a couple of houses away). Up the stairs there are two bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) and a couple of balcony areas to have a bite to eat and a glass of wine. Both of these look out onto the bay. Up another floor and you have a large balcony seating area with dining table and another beautiful bedroom with en-suite.
This house was exceptional! Loved the hard flooring throughout the house, every bedroom had its own bathroom and it was the best-stocked rental house we've ever rented! On top of that, the location between the bay and beach was perfect. Easy walk to either and access to great amenities such as Hub's market, coffee and restaurants. Definitely would rent this house again.
If you think the house looks pretty in pictures, it doesn't even begin to describe what it looks like in real life. We can't wait to rent this again. It was PERFECT. The location was perfect, you park your car and if you're lucky you'll never have to move it again. The kitchen is small but doesn't lack a single thing. It has EVERYTHING! Every room has a special charm and there are enough bathrooms for everyone! You can even hook up your phone through Bluetooth and have music all over the house! (Yes, even the bathrooms have speakers) The house includes two bikes, bodyboards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas a beach table. There's no better home around the area. It's amazing and we're bummed to be home. We wish we could have booked two weeks! Next year for sure! Thank you Carolyn!
