DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS: 25% deposit is required to hold your dates, the balance is due at least 60 days prior to your arrival. If you are booking within this 60 day window your must pay the full amount due to secure your booking. CANCELLATIONS: 80% refund if cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival. No refunds within 60 days of arrival.
DOUBLE OCCUPANCY: Rates are based on number of rooms double occupancy: $175 to $225 per room double occupancy. If you would like a room by yourself you must pay for double occupancy.
TIPS: Suggested tips: 10-15% of your rate at the end of your stay.
TRANSFERS: $10/person with a $40 minimum. Please pay driver directly.
