Welcome to Alaska Beach House Bed & Breakfast, a waterfront red cedar home located on a bluff on Juneau's Auke Bay water's edge. Enjoy the scenic setting with pristine mountain views and access to the beach or Auke Bay stream that runs into the open water directly in front of the Bed & Breakfast.
Located just minutes from the airport, yet surrounded by wilderness and many miles of hiking and nature trails with access from the house.
The mature spruce trees surrounding the home are a favorite spot for bald eagles. Observe the ocean and tidal flats below us where waterfowl, salmon jumping and bears are seen daily.
The private entrance to your room gives you the privacy to come and go as you please. After a long day of fishing, hiking or taking in all the Juneau sites enjoy cable TV on your big screen TV while you relax, or enjoy the large wrap around deck right outside the room as you take in the sunshine, watching the salmon come in to spawn, or the ocean views.
A full breakfast is included at the Beach House B&B, including a variety of egg dishes, home-made pancakes, ceral, yogurt, Char's famous smoked salmon bagels, tea and coffee. All is served family style between 8-9:00 am in the ocean view dining room or on our large deck.
