Canceled bookings will not receive a refund unless I can rebook your dates.
Then you will receive a full credit for a future stay.
All rentals are subject to a 13.5% Florida Sales and Use Tax.
Seven (7) night minimum for any rental, unless you want to book something within the next 30-60 days, then I will consider shorter stays.
10% discounts for rentals of 10 or more days
10% discount for any rental paid in full at time of booking
Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. or after Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. or before
A reservation deposit of 25% is required to hold your dates.
Balance of rental and Credit Card Security Deposit agreement, are due 60 days before your stay.
Pool / spa heat are included in your rental.
13.5% Florida Tourist tax is included in your rental.
Clean fee is included in your rental.
Pet fee is a flat $150 plus tax . NO weight restrictions – We LOVE big dogs!
If you pay in full at time of booking, we offer $100 off (per week) your stay.
Minimum stay requirement is seven (7) days.
If you are looking for a last minute get-away (within the next 30-60 days) we may give you a discount off the daily rate and allow stays shorter than seven (7) days. |

Everything about this rental was excellent. The yard was enclosed and extremely spacious. Compared to the houses around you were in your own island. This rental allowed pets which was great, I was able to take both my furry children which was amazing. The place was extremely clean when we arrived and you never would have known it was pet-friendly. It was that pristine. Everything that was advertised exceeded expectations. The pool and house were beautiful. I want to thank the owner for allowing pets into her home and would recommend and vacation there again.
Close to everything and we felt safe. Loved the fenced yard for our dogs. The area was very quiet and clean. Will definitely rent the house again.

My family has stayed in one of Sue\'s houses for 2years now. The house is just like the pictures. We have 2 small dogs that was with us. The back yard is amazing it is so much larger than other houses. The privacy fence and pool with the spa was nice after a day at the parks. Close to Disney, Universal, restaurants, and stores. I would highly recommend this house. The house is well maintained and clean.Sue it is great working with you to rent your houses.
