I have been in this business for years. I have two rental houses in this resort. Each has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, can sleep 10 people. The houses are located in a beautiful, quiet and safe (gated) resort.
Last minute travel plans for a large family, and the owner responded quickly allowing us to stay at his home. Location is near old town with all its attractions and restaurants. Another gem I found using VRBO. With 3 families - total of 3 kids in the 6-7 age group, we were a group of 9. The house is exactly as described. The main purpose of the stay was to visit Disney {and for one family to visit Universal for 2 days}. Every day we drove to the theme parks at different times - based on our planning. We could sense the location advantage of the house. Initially we were skeptical about staying a few miles away from Disney, but no trouble at all. The house is also so close to a 24 hour walmart, which helped us get breakfast items and groceries even on days when we came late from the parks. That our kids felt at home and could get ready at leisure - since there are 3 full baths - made the entire Orlando visit fun. No complaints what so ever! Owner Richard was very responsive - a lot of times my response time was a tad slow. Will recommend this house to any one with kids, who would like to stay in a location with essential shopping {including gift shops}, at a good price.
