This property was clean and provided everything we needed for our entire stay. We were here for seven days and incidentals like toilet paper and garbage bags were provided for the whole time. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and utensils so we could make dinner. We loved the screened patio. This place is so much more comfortable than being in a hotel room with kids. We are happy we found this rental and would definitely use it again in the future. Thanks Rich!
We recently stayed in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse, while visiting family in Orlando. Rich was super accommodating. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed for our short, 5 night stay. We checked in and out without a problem. We used the heated pool almost every day. There were lots of restaurants close by for our picky eaters. You can see that there are still repairs being made on the exterior of this and many other homes from the terrible hurricanes in 2017, but nothing that interfered with our stay. We already recommended this house to our friends. We will definitely come back again! Thank you Rich!
The condo was a perfect size for our family of 5, as we spent most of our time at the parks. The location is very convenient to all of the Disney parks.
It was what I expected
The property is nicely maintained. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. It was a little disturbing to me when I needed to obtain an extra key and was not asked for identification. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer in our unit, however the unit was very tiny and took two cycles to dry. We would definitely consider staying again.
The check in process was just ok! We arrived at night and was told room 1101 and it was the wrong room number it was 1011. So we had difficulty and it took at least 20 min before we could even get in or figure out front desk gave the wrong number! Did not receive a welcome packet so there was limited information on how to reserve shuttle to Universal or what was on the resort. We ended up driving which is a 15 min drive not 3 minutes away as described. On your tv screen they have info which was helpful but you have to physically sit there to know what is going on. The townhome was perfect for what we needed it! It was Not the same decor as described in the pictures on homeaway. It was a standard plain townhome that gets rented out. It had all the amenities the beds were clean and comfortable and everything is accessible By walking or car! Lots of restaurants markets. The pool and hot tubs were great. They have a lounge bar on the premises which was nice and plenty of activities at a additional cost which you already pay a nightly resort fee so it's another way of making extra money. Overall it's a good Location and fun to enjoy!
